Amber the sales assistant at Bowker in preston was very helpful and patient. She made it very easy to buy a new car. Her colleague Myles was also very efficient and polite.

I felt listened to and looked after. I got exactly what i wanted. This is my 4th Mini from Bowker Preston and i have always felt valued.

The communication at the front desk couldn't be faulted. However, I didn't receive a video of my mini service that was carried out due to 'apprentices being on site and learning how to do this'. Also, the footwells of car wasn't hoovered as stated.

Communication was poor. BMW clients were given preference and attended to quicker. Was expecting a simple tyre replacement but got service and valet, even though I had declined at online check in due to time constraints that day.

Initially told as was only brake fluid change would be looked at on the morning as I brought car in the previous evening.No updates during the day, I had to call at 3pm, was told 4-4.30pm. I arrived 4.15, kept getting told 10 mins, was ready at 5pm.

Was a great experience as Kirstin was really attentive and helpful from start to finish. I got plenty of updates during the process. The handover was also really good as we had plenty of time to understand how to use the app and the car settings
